Turkey Pepper Bowl

Tukery Pepper Bowl

Zesty with a touch of sweet!

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey (Organic / Pasture Raised)
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • 6-8 oz. Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1-2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 pkt Taco Seasoning
  • 16 oz. Black Refried Beans
  • 1 pkg Cauliflower Rice
  1. Add avocado oil to skillet with garlic, green chiles and chopped pepper. After 5 minutes add Turkey

  2. When turkey is browned, add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water.

  3. While turkey mix is cooking, warm up refried beans and cook cauliflower rice.

  4. Once all is cooked, assemble - rice, beans, turkey/pepper mix. Add any toppings that you like. Suggestions - lettuce, salsa, organic cheese, sour cream.
