  • Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder gluten free
  • 2 lg. Eggs beaten
  • 1/3 C. Ghee or Butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees, and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients, beat eggs, then mix together.
  • Form into biscuits and place on sheet. 8 larger or 12 smaller.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
