There is nothing better than when you try a recipe in a restaurant and then are able to recreate it at home. When I gave up dairy I thought for sure that my ❤️of yogurt would just need to go away. Not with this recipe!
Coconut Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Coconut Yogurt
- 1-2 scoops Vegan / Collagen Protein Powder
- 1/2 C. Chopped Berries
- 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut shreds
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and protein powder together.
- Top with berries, then sprinkle chia seeds, coconut and almonds over the top.
- Add a mint leaf for decoration if you want.
