When you’re craving nachos and cheese dip, but you want to stay on your detox plan…you have to get a bit creative. I found several recipes on Pinterest, but a few called for ingredients I didn’t have readily on hand. I decided simpler was better, and the result was amazing. I paired it with some sea salt coconut chips and it took care of my craving right away. We decided it will work well as a dressing as well. Maybe test it out with some gluten free noodles and make a healthy version of Mac & Cheese?
Another bonus? White beans are supposed to be a great natural carb blocker!
White Bean Queso
Vegan, no cheese queso dip

Ingredients
- 1 can White Beans
- 1 half Fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 tsp Garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 tsp Jalapeano slices (to taste)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together. Service warm or cold.
Notes
In order to keep these detox approved, be mindful of what you serve the dip with. Our ideal choice is Cauliflower/Coconut/Casava blends of tortilla chips. There are so many different options.
Watch out for "gluten free" chips, they are not the same. Look at the ingredient panel, if corn or rice are in the ingredients then the chip during our detox program is off limits.
