Nutty Fiber Green Shake

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk Prefer Unsweetened Almond
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Prefer Nuzest or Titan Nutrition
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp Nut Butter Be sure the nut butter is just nuts and salt, no sugar
  • Handful Greens of choice Prefer Organic Spinach
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all in blender; drink immediately.

Notes

Looking to increase your fiber and still have a super yummy treat that feels like a cheat?  This is my favorite go to.  The perfect pre-workout, post workout our any time of the day shake.  Try different flavors of protein to change the flavor profile.
