Grilled Cuban Inspired Chicken Thighs

Equipment

  • Grill

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. Organic Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice 1-2 limes
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Combine oil and lime juice with chicken. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • While marinated combine all spices in a bowl and stir.
  • Coat thighs with spices and grill.

Notes

These chicken thighs are so yummy and flavorful.  Serve with cauliflower rice and any green veggie or salad.  Want to add a little taste to the rice - add extra cilantro and Himalayan sea salt.
