Grilled Cuban Inspired Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. Organic Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice 1-2 limes
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Combine oil and lime juice with chicken. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
- While marinated combine all spices in a bowl and stir.
- Coat thighs with spices and grill.
Notes
These chicken thighs are so yummy and flavorful. Serve with cauliflower rice and any green veggie or salad. Want to add a little taste to the rice - add extra cilantro and Himalayan sea salt.
