Buffalo Chicken Chili

Buffalo Chicken Chili

A spicy alternative to White Bean Chili

  • Crock Pot
  • 1-1.5 Boneless Chicken Thighs (Organic / pasture raised)
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 4-5 Carrots Chopped
  • 3-4 Celery Stalks Chopped
  • 16oz. Organic Chicken Stock
  • 2 cans Organic White Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 C. Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
  1. In crockpot add all ingredients and let cook for 4 hours on high.

  2. Shred chicken before serving

  3. Add chopped jalapenos, onions or other toppings
