Air Fryer Wings to the Rescue

  • 1-2 lb. Chicken Wings
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Tessemae's Buffalo Sauce
  • avocado oil (cabinet / pantry item)
  1. Turn air fryer on to 400 degrees

  2. Add chicken wings - suggest giving them a light spray with avocado oil - and just enough to fit in the bottm.

  3. Cook 8-10 minutes

These are such a keto-rrific treat!  I love this sauce because it has no added sugar.  Be careful not to overlap the wings, cooking them in batches - their higher fat content will make them taste just like they've been fried.
