The best combination of oil, vinegar and spices - yum!

Yes - this meal is 21 day detox approved if you use chicken, turkey or fish instead of beef. Alternatively, if you are using grass fed organic beef, this is a fabulous dinner full of vitamins and minerals.

Served well with cilantro rice and a nice green salad or steamed green beans.

Chimchurri

  • Grill
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic (Chopped finely)
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 C. Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano (go for fresh if you have it)
  • 1 tsp Himalayan or Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 C. Vinegar (Red Wine or Rice Wine)
  • 3/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 1-2 lbs. Meat (I used grassfed beef)
  1. Mix all ingredients together (except meat).

  2. Reserve 1/2 C. of marinade for serving

  3. In large ziploc place meat and marinade

  4. Let rest in fridge for at least 3 hours

  5. Bring meat to room temperature before cooking for the best grill
