Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 Lg. Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips Prefer Lily's
Instructions
- Mix oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar and baking soda.
- Add almond flour and mix
- Add chocolate chips
- Divide equally into 12 muffin cups
- Bake 350 degrees for 22 minutes
