Equipment

  • Muffin Tin / Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 Lg. Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips Prefer Lily's

Instructions

  • Mix oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar and baking soda.
  • Add almond flour and mix
  • Add chocolate chips
  • Divide equally into 12 muffin cups
  • Bake 350 degrees for 22 minutes

Notes

These will quench that sweet tooth.  Remember - one is a serving.  These aren't low calorie, but 100% detox approved because of the great nutrient and energy rich ingredients.  Enjoy!
