Chocolate Chip Muffins
Craving chocolate – these will hit the spot – guilt free!

Equipment
- Muffin tin (for 18)
- Muffin Liners
Ingredients
- 2 C. Almond Flour
- 4 scoops Collagen Protein Powder unflavored
- 1/2 C. Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/2 C. Cacoa powder Not cocoa powder…
- 3/4 C. Unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 C. Avocado Oil
- 3 Lg. Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 C. Chocolate Chips* 1/2 for mix, 1/4 for topping
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, oil)
- Add in all dry ingredients except for 1/4c. Chocolate Chips
- Use "muffin" scoop and put in muffin liners. Makes approximately 18
- Before baking, sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. Chocolate chips on top of muffins.
- Bake for 21 minutes
