Chocolate Chip Muffins

Keto and 21 Day Detox Approved Muffins

  • 2 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 Lg. Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips (Prefer Lily's)
  1. Mix oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar and baking soda.

  2. Add almond flour and mix

  3. Add chocolate chips

  4. Divide equally into 12 muffin cups

  5. Bake 350 degrees for 22 minutes

These will quench that sweet tooth.  Remember - one is a serving.  These aren't low calorie, but 100% detox approved because of the great nutrient and energy rich ingredients.  Enjoy!
