- 5 lbs Potatoes You can use any type of potatoes you like.
- 32 oz unsweetned coconut milk
Instructions
- Wash and peel all potatoes
- Boil potatoes until they fall apart with a fork
- Use ricer on all potatoes
- Slowly add coconut milk and mix until you have a smooth consistency
- Enjoy!
