Coconut Yogurt Bowl

There is nothing better than when you try a recipe in a restaurant and then are able to recreate it at home. When I gave up dairy I thought for sure that my ❤️of yogurt would just need to go away. Not with this recipe!

Coconut Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Coconut Yogurt
  • 1-2 scoops Vegan / Collagen Protein Powder
  • 1/2 C. Chopped Berries
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut shreds

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt and protein powder together.
  • Top with berries, then sprinkle chia seeds, coconut and almonds over the top.
  • Add a mint leaf for decoration if you want.
