Ingredients
- 2 Lg. Avocados Be sure these are ripe.
- 1 Tomato
- 1/4 c. Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Juice of lime
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or 2 cloves fresh chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. Chopped Cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the tomato, onion, garlic and cilantro.
- Cut the avocado in half and scoop out flesh. Mash with fork.
- Add all ingredients together and stir together, then serve.
Notes

Serve with:
- Veggies
- Inside hard boiled eggs (scoop out the yolks)
- With coconut, cauliflower or casava chips
- On any Mexican dish or soup
