Homemade Hummus

The best is homemade!

  • 1 can Chickpeas (remove light shell covering)
  • 1 Juice of the Lemon
  • 1 C. Tahinin
  • 3 Tbsp Oil (Olive or Avocado)
  • 1-3 Cloves Garlic (Add this to taste)
  1. Put all ingredients in blender, blend and serve.

Best options for enjoying your hummus:

  • With fresh veggies
  • On hard boiled eggs in place of the egg yolk
  • On grain-free chips / crackers - these will usually be made of cauliflower, coconut or casava.
