Homemade Hummus
The best is homemade!
- 1 can Chickpeas (remove light shell covering)
- 1 Juice of the Lemon
- 1 C. Tahinin
- 3 Tbsp Oil (Olive or Avocado)
- 1-3 Cloves Garlic (Add this to taste)
Put all ingredients in blender, blend and serve.

Best options for enjoying your hummus:
- With fresh veggies
- On hard boiled eggs in place of the egg yolk
- On grain-free chips / crackers - these will usually be made of cauliflower, coconut or casava.
