Orange Sheet Pan Chicken

Orange Sheet Pan Chicken

One pan chicken and veggie dish

  • 1 Orange (Juice of the orange)
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 4 cloves Sliced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 8 Bone in chicken thighs with skin on (Organic, pasture raised)
  • 1 Large Slivered Sweet Potato (Or already cut up from store)
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1/2 Yllow Onion (Sliced thinly)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper or 4 Sweet Mini Peppers (Slicey thinly)
  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees and line pan with tin foil

  2. Whisk together the first 6 ingredients to make a sauce

  3. Place chicken on pan, and surround it with vegetables

  4. Pour sauce over everything

  5. Cook for 45 minuts or until chicken is cooked all the way through

Simple easy one pan meal.  We like to serve this with our 4 Ingredient Biscuits

All prepped and ready to go in the oven
