Protein Shake

Blender + Ice + Milk = Heaven

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (Any flavor, any kind)
  • 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk (Or any other low calorie milk)
  • 1/2-1 C. Ice
  1. Mix everything together, blend and enjoy.

This takes the boring protein shake with just water and elevates it with only 25-40 more calories.

If you are doing our 21 Day Detox, make sure you choose a non whey based or soy protein powder.  Our recommendations: Pea Isolate or Collagen.
