Blender + Ice + Milk = Heaven
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder (Any flavor, any kind)
- 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk (Or any other low calorie milk)
- 1/2-1 C. Ice
Mix everything together, blend and enjoy.
This takes the boring protein shake with just water and elevates it with only 25-40 more calories.
