Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 C. Avocado Oil
- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Nut Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Be sure it isn't sweetened
- 1/2 C. Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 2 C. Almond of Coconut Flour
- 40 g. Collagen Protein Powder Choose un-flavored
- 3/4 C. Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2-3/4 C. Keto Granola If you don't have keto granola chop up nuts, or any granola that is "grain-free"
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients
- Add collagen and blend well
- Add flour base
- Use cupcakes liners so muffins don't stick.
- Bake at 350 for 21 minutes.
