Pumpkin Spice Balls

Ingredients
- 2 C. Pumpkin Spice Birchbenders Pancake Mix
- 4 Tbsp Avocado, Olive or Coconut Oil
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 20 grams Collagen Protein
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice McCormick or Regular Spice
- 1/3 C. Monk Fruit don't add to mix
Instructions
- Mix Birchbenders, oil, water, collagen and eggs in a bowl.
- Roll into balls (about 2 Tbsp of dough per ball)
- Mix the monk fruit and pumpkin spice in a bowl, then roll balls into the sugar mix before baking
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until balls are golden brown
