Pumpkin Spice Balls

When you are craving something festive - full of that yummy pumpkin spice flavor but you don't want to fall off your healthy plan - these little snack bites are perfect!

Pumpkin Spice Balls

Sweet and yummy snack!

  • Skillet
  • 2 C. Pumpkin Spice Birchbenders Pancake Mix
  • 4 Tbsp Avocado, Olive or Coconut Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 20 grams Collagen Protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice (McCormick or Regular Spice)
  • 1/3 C. Monk Fruit (don't add to mix)
  1. Mix Birchbenders, oil, water, collagen and eggs in a bowl.

  2. Roll into balls (about 2 Tbsp of dough per ball)

  3. Mix the monk fruit and pumpkin spice in a bowl, then roll balls into the sugar mix before baking

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until balls are golden brown
