Ranch Burger

Ranch Burger

  • 1 lb. Grass Fed/ Grass Finished Organic Beef (We love our ButcherBox)
  • 1/2 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (We use Simply Organic Brand)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 4 slices Organic Cheese
  • 4 slices Grass Fed / Pasture Raised Bacon (Again, its ButcherBox)
  1. Mix beef with 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix and egg.

  2. Form into 4 patties

  3. Grill until your liking for doneness

When you are craving a special burger, this one hits the spot!  Super simple to do and for those that want a bun - you can do that too.

Other toppings I love...

  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Onions (try putting them on the burger after the first flip and let them cook)
  • And of course Ketchup.  My fave low sugar ketchup is from Thrive Market - its their brand, its got real sugar in it, but very little and doesn't taste like the no sugar or those with alternative sugars in them.

I almost always pair this recipe with my air fryer fries.

Super simple - grab any frozen fry and cook in your air fryer.  I think @traderjoes are the best!

Enjoy!
