Smoked Turkey Legs

- Smoker
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar Per Quart for the Brine
- 4 tbsp Himilayan Sea Salt Per Quart for the Brine
- 3 quarts water
- 2 Turkey Wings
- 2 Turkey Legs
Instructions
- Bring 3 quarts of water to boil
- Add in sugar and salt
- Heat to dissolve brine
- Cool quickly with ice
- Add turkey legs and wings to brine. Refrigerate till ready.
- Heat smoker to 225
- Smoke turkey until it reaches 165 degrees internal. Turn up the heat for last 10 minutes if you want crispy skin.
