Spicy Turkey and Beans

Yummy Szechuan inspired rice bowl

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey or Chicken
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce (use low sodium / gluten free if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar (be sure it is un-sweetened)
  • 1 tsp Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 cups Rice (Use Jasmine or Cauliflower for lower carbs)
  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet

  2. When hot add beans and cook 5-8 minutes, then transfer to bowl/plate

  3. Add to skillet meat and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Then add garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes

  5. Add the green beans back to the pan

  6. Add sauce and stir until heated through

  7. Serve with jasmine or cauliflower rice
