Stuffed Peppers
Un-stuffed peppers
- 2 Green Peppers (chopped)
- 1 lb. Organic Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 2 6oz. Cans of tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Ghee or Olive Oil
- 2 cups Cauliflower or Regular Rice
Saute all veggies in ghee or olive oil
After 5 minutes, add meat
Continue to cook until meat is no longer pink
Add all ingredients to either a slow cooker or pot on the store and let simmer. The longer is simmers the better the taste.
Serve over rice of your choice
This is a simple week night meal that you can either simmer while home, or prep and place in a slow cooker so its ready when you return home.
