Equipment

  • Grill

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. Flank Steak
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried or fresh Oregano

Instructions

  • Cut the steak up into "deck of card" size
  • Juice one lemon and pour juice over steak
  • Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper and organo
  • Let marinate at least 30 minutes
  • Grill, 5-6 minutes per side, more if you prefer a more done steak

Notes

Super simple, tasty and easy to make steak!  Love serving these with roasted potatoes and a green veggie.
 
This is not detox approved, since red meat is one of the very first ingredients we remove, BUT, it is competition prep approved.  It is also a fabulous post detox meal to enjoy with grass fed steak.
