Super Easy Flank
Super Simple and Tasty Steak
- 1.5 lbs. Flank Steak
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried or fresh Oregano
Cut the steak up into "deck of card" size
Juice one lemon and pour juice over steak
Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper and organo
Let marinate at least 30 minutes
Grill, 5-6 minutes per side, more if you prefer a more done steak
Super simple, tasty and easy to make steak! Love serving these with roasted potatoes and a green veggie.
