Super Easy Flank

Super Simple and Tasty Steak

  • 1.5 lbs. Flank Steak
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried or fresh Oregano
  1. Cut the steak up into "deck of card" size

  2. Juice one lemon and pour juice over steak

  3. Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper and organo

  4. Let marinate at least 30 minutes

  5. Grill, 5-6 minutes per side, more if you prefer a more done steak

Super simple, tasty and easy to make steak!  Love serving these with roasted potatoes and a green veggie.

 

This is not detox approved, since red meat is one of the very first ingredients we remove, BUT, it is competition prep approved.  It is also a fabulous post detox meal to enjoy with grass fed steak.
