Ingredients
- 3 oz Sweet Potato already cooked
- 3 egg whites
- 1 scoop protein powder if flavored, choose vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Cook sweet potatoes/pumpkin. I prefer to use my steamer so they don't dry out.
- Mix all ingredients together - you can blend for a creamier batter.
- Cook like regular pancakes in pan.
Notes
These are super simple to make and competition prep friendly. If your macros allow, add either sugar free syrup, butter or peanut butter to them. They are ideal for breakfast but can be added to any additional meal.

- Don't use sugar free syrup
- You can add ghee or peanut butter to them
- You need to use a vegan or collagen protein powder, but not whey.
