Detox Salad

Equipment

  • Skillet, pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Organic Ground Chicken or Turkey
  • 2 cans Organic Refried Beans
  • 1 pkt Your Favorite Taco Seasoning I love Old El Paso Low Sodium
  • 1/2 c. Organic shredded cheese
  • 4 c. Lettuce
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 16 black olives
  • 4 Tbsp Italian Dressing

Instructions

  • Brown the chicken/turkey and add taco seasoning, while cooking chop veggies
  • Place beans in the pot and begin warming up
  • Assemble the salad, then add beans, chicken and cheese to the plate

Notes

This is a super simple easy weeknight dinner for you and your family. 
Grain fee 🙂
If you want to go dairy free, skip the cheese. 
Need more for your family or spouse, just wrap the meat and beans in a tortilla or add rice.
