Vegan Breakfast Quiche
Plant based breakfast quiche
- 1 container Just Egg
- 1 Tbsp coconut cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- sun-dried tomatoes to taste
- vegan ricotta cheese to taste
- 1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
Pre-Heat oven to 350-degrees
Blend all ingredients in pie plate
Cook for 30 minutes. Quiche will puff up above the pie plate while cooking and then reduce while cooling
