White Chicken Chili

- Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken or turkey
- 1 whole onion
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 14 oz. can fire roasted diced tomatoes tomatoes and juice
- 2 14 oz. can white kidney beans rinse beans
- 2 6 oz. can chopped green chiles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 cups chicken stock
Instructions
- Brown chicken or turkey in large frying pan
- Add this to crock pot with chicken stock
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan with all veggies except diced tomatoes and green chiles
- Cook 5-10 minutes
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot
