Asian Meatballs & Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg Meatballs Prefer Chicken (Adelis with Pineapple)
- 2-3 Bundles Mung Bean Noodles
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce Use gluten free low sodium
Instructions
- Bring water to boil on stove in pot.
- Add meatballs to skillet with 1-2 Tbsp of water…simmer to warm.
- Add noodles to boiling water and cook about 5 minutes.
- Remove meatballs to separate plate, then add sesame oil and soy sauce. Drain noodles and then add them to the pan – turning to coat with oil and soy sauce.
- Add meatballs back to pan, stir and then serve.
Notes
These taste just like the noodles you get at a fancy Asian restaurant. My kids love these and they really are so simple to make. You can find the noodles at any Asian market store, or if you are lucky, at Costco.
For those that can have some extra sugar in their diet, have Hoisin sauce on standby for some additional true Asian flavoring.
In our family we love serving this meal with steamed broccoli.
