Super Simple and Tasty Steak

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. Flank Steak
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Dried or fresh Oregano
Instructions
- Cut the steak up into "deck of card" size
- Juice one lemon and pour juice over steak
- Sprinkle steak with salt, pepper and organo
- Let marinate at least 30 minutes
- Grill, 5-6 minutes per side, more if you prefer a more done steak

Super simple, tasty and easy to make steak! Love serving these with roasted potatoes and a green veggie.
This is not detox approved, since red meat is one of the very first ingredients we remove, BUT, it is competition prep approved. It is also a fabulous post detox meal to enjoy with grass fed steak.
