Low carb, no added sugar pumpkin pie

Ingredients
- 1 Detox Approved Pie Crust https://strengthandgracefitness.com/detox-approved-pie-crust/
- 15 oz. can Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 C. Coconut Milk Full Fat, other option is Organic Half and Half
- 2 Lg. Eggs
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix be sure it doesn't have any sugar in it
- 2/3 C. Monk Fruit Baking Edition
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
- Make crust ahead of time
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix all ingredients and pour into the pie crust
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, the pie should still jiggle a bit when you take it out of the oven
- Cool before serving, store in refrigerator.
Notes
All the flavor of the season without all the sugar! Serve with real whipped cream that isn’t loaded with additional sugar.
