We get it! There are times when you want mashed potatoes exactly as they were intended – smooth, creamy and without cauliflowers or some alternative. These mashed potatoes are full of all the good stuff and none of the bad stuff.
For some variation try a dutch yellow potato instead of the traditional russet for a creamier texture.
As a side note…we don’t consider full fat, grass fed, organic butter as “dairy,” as far as our hormone balance goes (its all fat and void of lactose), so enjoy it.
*Gravy choices – look for organic – I find mine at Whole Foods, and its gluten and dairy free, and still tastes amazing.
