Ingredients
- 1 ginger root
- 1/2 gallon water
Instructions
- Peel fresh ginger root and cut into small pieces
- Fill crock pot with water, about 1/2 gallon or to top of pot.
- Set crock pot on high for 4-6 hours. Will depend on how hot it gets and how long it takes for the ginger to seep.
- Let cool and store in glass container to use through out the week. Simply heat up the ginger juice in the microwave, add a 1/4 water and half a fresh squeezed lemon juice to taste.
