Ingredients
- 2 lbs Grass Fed Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 12 oz. Fresh Green Beans
- 1 pkt Barbacoa Seasoning Mix recommend LaTortilla Factory Cocina Fresca
- 12 Low Carb Street Tacos
- 1 head Lettuce
- 1 cup Salsa
Instructions
- Add avocado oil to skillet and brown meat on all sides
- Add meat to crock pot with seasoning packet and cook for 4 hours on high, 6 hours on low
- Warm tortillas and prep sides. Cook green beans and serve.
Notes
This is a great week night meal. Throw it in the crock pot in the morning and then serve it easily in the evening. Add any toppings you want - if you've got room for extra carbs, you can also throw this in a bun and add your favorite BBQ sauce to it. Make plenty for leftovers too.
