- 1 Scoop Protein Powder Any flavor, any kind
- 1 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk Or any other low calorie milk
- 1/2-1 C. Ice
Instructions
- Mix everything together, blend and enjoy.
Notes
This takes the boring protein shake with just water and elevates it with only 25-40 more calories.
