Protein Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder I love my Titan Nutrition Vanilla Isolate
- 1/4 C. Blueberries
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. I use a wisk to ensure the protein powder is mixed in.
- Place in fridge covered.
- 30 minutes later stir, and then let sit for 4 hours, up to overnight.
- Add blueberries and serve.
Notes
I tend to either double or triple this recipe so I have multiple servings. Stays fresh in the fridge for up to two days.
This snack/breakfast is detox approved…IF you use a vegan vanilla protein powder or collagen.
