Equipment

  • Waffle Maker

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C. Birch Benders Pancake & Waffle Mix Keto or Paleo * see notes
  • 1/2 C. Water
  • 1/3 C. Crushed blueberries And a few extra for the top.

Instructions

  • Warm up "small" waffle maker – this recipe makes 4- 4inch waffles.
  • Mix ingredients (I blended the water and blueberries together)
  • Each waffle is 1/4 C. mix
  • Serve with organic grass fed butter, and if you like sweatness, sprinkle with a little monkfruit or stevia

Notes

When you are hungry for a waffle and following a very strict diet, these are divine!
Even with the blueberries, this recipe is still #21daydetox approved.
If you can’t do buttermilk (which is in the mix) – use the Paleo mix, and not the Keto mix.
Both blends are #sugarfree #grainfree
