Equipment

  • Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 Boneless Chicken Thighs Organic / pasture raised
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 4-5 Carrots Chopped
  • 3-4 Celery Stalks Chopped
  • 16oz. Organic Chicken Stock
  • 2 cans Organic White Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 C. Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  • In crockpot add all ingredients and let cook for 4 hours on high.
  • Shred chicken before serving
  • Add chopped jalapenos, onions or other toppings
