Chicken Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken or Turkey
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- Butter or Romaine Lettuce for Serving
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos* *for the sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar* *for the sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil* *for the sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet
- Add chicken and cook until browned (about 10 minutes) then transfer to plate.
- Add onion, garlic, pepper and cook 3-5 minutes, then add back in the chicken.
- Whisk together coconut aminos, rice vinegar and sesame oil and pour over chicken/veggies.
- Serve in the lettuce cups.
Notes
Easy dinner that is paleo, gluten free, whole 30 and detox approved. I will be using this sauce more often to replace my Hoisin sauce (which is generally full of sugar).
