Yes – this meal is 21 day detox approved if you use chicken, turkey or fish instead of beef. Alternatively, if you are using grass fed organic beef, this is a fabulous dinner full of vitamins and minerals.
Served well with cilantro rice and a nice green salad or steamed green beans.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 3-4 cloves Garlic Chopped finely
- 1/2 C. Chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 C. Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Oregano go for fresh if you have it
- 1 tsp Himalayan or Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 C. Vinegar Red Wine or Rice Wine
- 3/4 C. Olive Oil
- 1-2 lbs. Meat I used grassfed beef
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together (except meat).
- Reserve 1/2 C. of marinade for serving
- In large ziploc place meat and marinade
- Let rest in fridge for at least 3 hours
- Bring meat to room temperature before cooking for the best grill
