What is Golden Milk? Why Drink It?

The other day someone was asking about natural ways to help combat depression and anxiety and it made me think about curcumin, which is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound found in turmeric.

I was introduced to Golden Milk while studying at Sanoviv, a Functional Medicine Hospital in Mexico. Usually, it’s made with almond milk, but I prefer using coconut milk/cream.
