- 1 10 x 13 glass pan
- 1 Wax Paper
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 2 sticks Organic Salted Butter
- 2.5 c 60% of Higher Cacao Chocolate Chips I used Trader Joes – Libby's also works if you want these to be keto
- 3 Tbsp Monk Fruit Be sure there is no added maltodextrin to your sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp Unsweetened Cacao powder
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate chips. I use a large glass mixing bowl, heat for 30 seconds at a time…you don't want this to boil or over cook as you are melting it.
- Add in monk fruit and cacao powder and stir.
- Line 10×13 pan with wax paper.
- Pour mixture in and set aside in the fridge. Want to enjoy it super quickly – put it in the freezer.
- Cut up into bit size pieces and store in the freezer or fridge.
