Fat Burning Muffins

- Muffin liner

- Muffin Scoop (for even muffins)
Ingredients
- 3 lg. Eggs Organic free range
- 1/2 C. Olive Oil
- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 C. Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 40 g. Collagen Protein Powder I use unflavored peptides from Thrive Market
- 1 C. Almond Flour
- 1/2 C. Golden Flax Seed Flour Now Foods has a great Organic One
- 1/2 C. Coconut Flour Now Foods has a great Organic One
- 1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts
- 3/4 C. Fresh Fruit Any kind of berries works great, and banana here is ok too!
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Line muffin cups
- Mix all wet ingredients
- Add in dry ingredients
- Add in fruit last
- Bake for 21 minutes
