Greek Chicken Salad

  • 1 lb. Thin Organic Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 1 Bag of Salad Mix (I love a good Spring Mix)
  • 1/4 Red Onion (Sliced)
  • 10-12 Kalamata Olives (Slices)
  • 1/2 English Cucumber (Slices)
  • 10-12 Grape Tomatoes (Sliced)
  • 4 oz. Organic Feta
  • Favorite Greek Dressing
  1. Spray raw chicken with avocado spray oil and then spinkle both sides with herbs

  2. Grill about 4-5 minutes each side

  3. While chicken is grilling prepare the salad

  4. Assemble and serve

Love this simple, tasty and healthy dish for a summer evening.  The herbs really make the chicken taste better than boring old chicken.
