Greek Chicken Salad

- 1 lb. Thin Organic Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Avocado Oil Spray
- 1 Bag of Salad Mix (I love a good Spring Mix)
- 1/4 Red Onion (Sliced)
- 10-12 Kalamata Olives (Slices)
- 1/2 English Cucumber (Slices)
- 10-12 Grape Tomatoes (Sliced)
- 4 oz. Organic Feta
- Favorite Greek Dressing
Spray raw chicken with avocado spray oil and then spinkle both sides with herbs
Grill about 4-5 minutes each side
While chicken is grilling prepare the salad
Assemble and serve
Love this simple, tasty and healthy dish for a summer evening. The herbs really make the chicken taste better than boring old chicken.
