Homemade Hummus

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas remove light shell covering
  • 1 Juice of the Lemon
  • 1 C. Tahinin
  • 3 Tbsp Oil Olive or Avocado
  • 1-3 Cloves Garlic Add this to taste

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender, blend and serve.

Notes

Best options for enjoying your hummus:
  • With fresh veggies
  • On hard boiled eggs in place of the egg yolk
  • On grain-free chips / crackers – these will usually be made of cauliflower, coconut or casava.
