Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter or any PB with No sugar added
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Pre-Heat oven to 350 degress
- Mix butter, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla in mixer
- Add baking soda and salt
- Slowly add almond flour
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop rounded TBSP size balls onto it, use fork to make cross/hash marks if you prefer
- Recipe should make 24 cookies
- Bake 12-14 minutes
