Taco and Chili Fusion!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken, turkey or beef
- 1 tsp minced garlic 2 cloves chopped
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 15 ounces Canned Black Beans with liquid
- 15 ounces Canned Fire Roasted Tomatoes with liquid
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels Omit if doing our detox
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro minced
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the chicken, turkey or beef
- While cooking add in the garlic, chili powder and cinnamon
- When the meat is almost all cooked, add in the beans, corn and tomatoes
- For best taste, let simmer on low for 10 minutes
Notes
Detox notes: if you are doing our detox, be sure to remove the corn from this recipe.
